- Ensures accurate processing of transportation‑related invoices, credits, and reporting tied to key vendors and partners
Maintains visibility into fleet performance through weekly and monthly reporting on fuel usage, rentals, and downtime - Acts as a central point of coordination for vehicle movement, repairs, registrations, and lifecycle transitions
- Supports operational continuity by managing critical systems, including fleet tracking and lease management platforms
- Helps control costs and improve efficiency by monitoring expenses, processing credits, and maintaining accurate records
- Plays a key role in keeping communication flowing between shops, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, transportation support, or a related operational role
- Familiarity with invoice processing, accounts payable support, or vendor billing reconciliation
- Experience working with third‑party vendors such as leasing companies, repair providers, or logistics partners
- Comfort managing multiple systems, including fleet tracking platforms, fuel card programs, and lease management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring reporting, deadlines, and operational requests
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment with high transaction volume
- Experience supporting vehicle lifecycle processes, including repairs, transfers, and auctions, is a plus
- Comfort communicating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and coordinate logistics
- Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
