The Background That Fits

Experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, transportation support, or a related operational role
Familiarity with invoice processing, accounts payable support, or vendor billing reconciliation
Experience working with third‑party vendors such as leasing companies, repair providers, or logistics partners
Comfort managing multiple systems, including fleet tracking platforms, fuel card programs, and lease management tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring reporting, deadlines, and operational requests
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment with high transaction volume
Experience supporting vehicle lifecycle processes, including repairs, transfers, and auctions, is a plus
