Point of Sales (POS) Specialist II (5-day)

Job Overview

The Point of Sales (POS) Specialist II 5-day position assists in the ordering, receiving, tracking, routing and monitoring of POS items. The POS Specialist II participates in inventory counting and reconciliation processes and is responsible for pre‑assembling inventory items for shipment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, efficient time management, and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include delivering POS to satellite facilities using the company vehicle, providing contingency staffing for Merchandising, Warehouse, Equipment Services, Cooler Delivery, and Product Delivery roles during staffing gaps.

• Manage POS for multiple branches and deliver to multiple branches using box truck.
• Perform binding and assembly of POS materials as needed in the marketplace.
• Organize, package, store, or deliver goods as required.
• Receive materials and supplies daily, place them in designated locations, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Communicate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure items are loaded and delivered.
• Order POS as needed or requested.

• Excellent driving record.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and organized.
• Ability to prioritize work and communicate professionally with customers.
• Knowledge of inventory processes preferred.
• Strong time‑management skills.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Evaluation (Med Card).

Noise‑heavy and non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
