Assoc Dir, Procurement- Mods & Upgrades

The position will own end-to-end procurement for the Mods & Upgrades business across CSA — category strategy, sourcing, supplier performance, parts availability, product data and cost — and be accountable for cost and on-time delivery.

Stand up and lead the dedicated MAU procurement organization. Category Manager, Category Specialists, with shared PDM and Should‑Cost COE support.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business
• 10+ years of progressive procurement / supply‑chain experience, including direct people leadership and building or scaling a team.
• 10+ years’ experience with proven category management and strategic sourcing of engineered or 3rd‑party equipment (e.g., pumps, towers, valves, controls) and/or HVAC components.
• 10+ years’ experience with a track record of delivering measurable savings on $100M+ of category spend, with strong should‑cost and negotiation capability.
• 10+ years’ experience with sourcing and managing subcontracted services or project‑based procurement.

• HVAC, aftermarket/services or capital‑equipment background; exposure to the data‑center cooling segment.
• Familiarity with PFEP, Kraljic segmentation, supplier‑alliance programs, and M&A / synergy capture.
• MBA or equivalent;
  Lean / Six Sigma certification.

The annual salary for this position is between $ - $ annually.

This position is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
