Technical Product Manager with a focus in Supply Chain in Charlotte, NC to join our growing team!
The Supply Chain (Technology) Product Manager will help execute the product vision and strategy for our fleet maintenance supply chain technology platform. This is a critical role where you will partner with the Supply Chain organization and translate their real‑world needs into a product roadmap that drives operational efficiency and user satisfaction. You will work closely with business and technology development teams to improve the parts and inventory programs that our technicians rely on every day.
Reporting to the SVP of Software Development as an individual contributor but directly supporting the Supply Chain organization, this role has a significant impact on the success of the supply chain program.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $145,000‑165,000 annually, depending on experience!

- This role will be responsible for driving technology solutions in the following four major supply chain areas:
Automotive parts catalog, parts inventory processes, vendor management, and parts purchasing. - Partner closely with the supply chain organization to understand their needs and to develop technology solutions to automate manual processes.
- Drive technology improvement programs throughout the supply chain organization.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with both the supply chain corporate organization as well as technicians across the organization to identify pain points, gather feature requests, and understand workflow challenges.
- Build strong relationships with supply chain and operations leaders and supervisors to gather insights on team needs and operational priorities.
- Document and prioritize user feedback into clear, comprehensive product requirements and build out a product roadmap.
- Work with developers through the entire development lifecycle.
- Lead and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that completed features meet user needs.
- Identify best‑of‑breed software technologies on the market to address specific functions of the supply chain needs. This will include identification of how AI can be included in the proposed solution.
- Manage the rollout and communication of new features to the organization.
- Own training content and materials for new product features and capabilities.
- Support the rollout of updates to ensure technician adoption and minimize disruption.
- Monitor product usage metrics and gather ongoing feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as the primary support resource for escalated product questions or issues.
- Identify and champion quick wins that can be implemented to improve supply chain efficiencies.
