Supply Chain Analyst

• The Procurement Associate will be responsible for building short and long-term aftermarket strategy to support the Aftermarket RCD Business.
• The Procurement associate will establish a cross-functional network and fosters collaboration with suppliers, wider supply chain organization, engineering, quality, and product management in the aftermarket network.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Sourcing within large, international organizations, preferably in aftermarket or resales business3+ years of Advanced user knowledge in MS Excel & Word2+ years of experience in SAP and PowerBI
• Ability to travel in North America, up to 20% (international as needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering3+ years of experience in Sourcing /Supply Chain for Aftermarket.
• Demonstrated track record of driving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier optimization, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating supply chain risks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• English communication (written and verbal)
  Presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Certified in Six Sigma or lean Manufacture is a plus
