Job Description
We are immediately hiring an Inbound Logistics Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The manager oversees daily warehouse receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments and manages a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, and storing goods while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
- Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- State, local, and federal regulations compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work within international functional teams
- High‑level analytical ability for unusual and difficult problems
- Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job‑related area
- Off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises
- Make timely decisions
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – advanced required
- Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required
- Knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations – advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components – intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory or leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – advanced required
- Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required
- Knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations – advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components – intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required

Pay Type
:
Exempt – salary paid twice per month
Annual Salary
: $65,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
Bonus
:
Weekend/holiday spot bonus
Schedule
:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (flexible)
