Receive, review, prepare, and process transportation, customs, and regulatory documentation, including house and master air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs entry documents;
Prepare and submit customs entries while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures;
Coordinate transportation orders, freight bookings, and shipment scheduling to ensure timely movement of freight;
Monitor shipment status and customs clearances, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues with customers and service providers;
Accurately enter, update, and maintain shipment and customs information in company operating systems
