Responsibilities

• Align material readiness with production schedules, proactively identify supply risks, coordinate purchased, customer‑supplied, and non‑standard parts, and drive shortage resolution.
• Plan and manage material requirements from project launch through ongoing production support.
• Coordinate purchased, customer‑supplied, and non‑standard parts to ensure material readiness aligns with production schedules.
• Monitor supplier commitments, follow up on open requirements, and maintain accurate ERP and planning system data.
• Communicate material availability, shortages, risks, and constraints to production, inventory control, purchasing, sales, and management.
• Drive shortage resolution, expedite critical materials, and help reduce production disruption caused by supply constraints.
• Support engineering change implementation by coordinating material impact, timing, and production readiness.
• Partner cross‑functionally to identify root causes, resolve material planning issues, and improve supply planning processes.
