Regional Supply Chain Director – Americas

To strengthen our Supply Chain organization across the Americas (U.S. & Puerto Rico), we are seeking a Regional Supply Chain Director – Americas.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end planning, network optimization, customer service, procurement, and supply chain transformation across our manufacturing operations in the United States and Puerto Rico.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), optimizing regional capacity, improving service performance, leading cross-functional collaboration, and developing a high-performing supply chain organization that supports sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

• You will lead the Supply Chain organization across the Americas (U.S. & Puerto Rico), driving regional planning, operational excellence, and business performance.
• You will design, implement, and sustain an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• You will develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement in customer service, inventory, procurement, and overall supply chain performance.
• You will optimize production capacity and balance workloads across multiple manufacturing sites to maximize efficiency and customer service.

• You have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering or Business Administration.
• You have already gained 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• You are proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You have proven expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, capacity planning, and supply chain transformation.
• You have experience with ERP implementations, advanced planning systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• You are a strategic, results-oriented leader with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
• You have expert level Excel experience for data analysis.
