For more information, visit  or follow on Carrier social media at rier, a global leader in HVAC solutions, is seeking an Aftermarket Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing initiatives for our thriving HVAC aftermarket business. This role will manage a team of 3 associates, ensuring the procurement function supports and accelerates double-digit growth in aftermarket sales.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep sourcing expertise, strong team management skills, and a passion for developing strategic playbook.

• Develop and execute comprehensive aftermarket sourcing strategies aligned with Carrier’s growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage team of 3 procurement professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, product management and finance to identify sourcing opportunities and address supply chain challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
• Implement and monitor procurement KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support new product introductions and aftermarket service offerings through agile sourcing and supplier engagement.
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and value engineering projects across the aftermarket supply base.
• Ensure compliance with Carrier’s policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering Minimum 5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in the HVAC or industrial aftermarket sector.
• 5+ years' experience proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years with strong negotiation, analytical, and project management experience 5+ years' experience with procurement methodologies should costing, RFQs and contracts.

• Master’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The annual salary for this position is between $ - $ annually.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
