Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist | Charlotte, NC
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pay: $60,000 – $65,000/year
We are hiring a high-ownership Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist to manage supply chain accuracy and serve as an operational resource for our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Control:
Drive high inventory accuracy, maintain ideal reorder levels, and optimize turnover. - Order Fulfillment:
Process parts orders accurately and ensure seamless shipment follow-through. - Logistics & Claims:
Actively resolve open POs, backorders, RMAs, and warranty claims. - Cross-Department Workflow:
Streamline inventory organization, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Proven senior-level experience in parts and inventory management.
- Problem-solving skills, reliability, and track record of disciplined transaction tracking.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year shift:
First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education:
High School
Key Performance Expectations Maintain high inventory accuracy and disciplined inventory transactions. Process parts orders accurately and on time, with shipment follow-through. Maintain effective reorder levels that reduce stockouts without creating unnecessary overstock. Follow up promptly on open purchase orders, backorders, RMAs, and warranty claims. Support improved inventory turnover, organization, reporting, and cross-department workflow. Demonstrate ownership, reliability, problem-solving, and communication while serving as a senior resource for Parts & Inventory.
