- Ensure ongoing business continuity for Tijon's franchisees via a structured order entry and fulfillment platform with minimal points of friction.
- Manage relationships with suppliers of fragrance oils, bottles, packaging, labels, supplies, fixtures, tools, equipment, and other key materials.

- Support new store openings by coordinating startup inventory kits, supplies, fixtures, and launch timelines.
- Partner with operations, marketing, training, and product teams to ensure that materials and products meet Tijon's brand standards.
- Help manage SKU rationalization, packaging consistency, product availability, and quality control.
- Create processes to ensure fragrance ingredients, bottles, labels, and packaging are consistently sourced and handled properly.
- Support compliance and documentation requirements related to fragrance products (including some Haz Mat), labeling, safety data, and vendor records.
- Serve as the supply chain leader supporting Tijon's franchise system.
- Ensure franchisees have reliable access to approved products, materials, supplies, and ordering processes.
- Help create franchise-facing tools, order guides, approved supplier lists, and inventory best…
