RGA Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support our manufacturing operations in Charlotte, NC. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, expedite critical materials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time and production stays on schedule.

• Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and MRO supplies
• Monitor supplier deliveries and resolve supply issues
• Expedite materials to support production requirements
• Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems
• Track open purchase orders and communicate supply risks
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure uninterrupted material flow

• 2-4 years of purchasing or buying experience
• Manufacturing and ERP experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving ability
