• Guaranteed Pay - Stable schedules:

  • $16.50/hour/hour guaranteed for every hour worked.
    
    We also provide mileage reimbursement for every mile worked during assigned shifts.

  • Fixed schedule with guaranteed weekly hours.

  • Core shifts are 3 hours, with the option to pick up additional shifts.

• W2 Employment (Not Gig Work): As a W2 employee, you receive:

Purpose:

You are not delivering food or retail products. Your work directly supports people’s health.

Schedule: Fixed schedule with guaranteed weekly hours, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. You will be required to provide proof of work eligibility before we consider hire
• Must have access to a smart phone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning delivered packages
• Must be able to lift/carry packages up to 20 lbs, including frequent stair climbing.
• Skill in navigating high-traffic city environments and varied road surfaces safely and efficiently using GPS and delivery tech.
• Comfort working outdoors in all conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and heavy rain, while maintaining a consistent pace.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English with fluency.
• Must have access to a vehicle with an active auto insurance - this is not provided by Capsule
• Must have a valid and unexpired driver license
• This position requires you to be able to read, speak, and write English with a high proficiency because you will need to understand detailed written instructions as well as communicate with our dispatch team and customers in English.
