• PO Creation & Management:
  Creating, issuing, and managing R&D or project-related Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
  Facilitating new vendor inclusion, resolving PO exceptions (specs, shipment issues), and updating payment terms per the scope of work.
• Ariba Invoice Processing: SAP data input from Invoices.

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination experience
• High school diploma / GED and 6 years of procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination experience

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing (if relevant).

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems.

• Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.

• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strategic thinking.
• Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
