Director, Solutions - Commercial Enablement

We are seeking a Director, Solutions - Commercial Enablement to support new business development by translating customer requirements into executable, cost-aligned, and competitive logistics solutions. This is a cross-functional, customer-facing role partnering with Sales, Solutions Design, Pricing, and Operations to ensure solutions are commercially sound and operationally executable.

KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead customer discovery and translate needs into solution requirements

Support opportunity qualification (win probability, fit, reason for change)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions

Validate and challenge cost inputs for accuracy and competitiveness

Partner with Pricing (does not build pricing models)
Lead 5–10 concurrent bids ensuring timelines and quality

Support customer presentations and deal negotiations QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
10+ years in 3PL, operations, engineering, or solutions design

Experience leading complex bids and customer engagements

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain

Commercial acumen in cost modeling and solution development

Program/project management expertise (PMP or equivalent)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Strong communication and presentation skills
