Responsibilities:

+ Manage assigned commodities, supplier portfolios, and sourcing activities.

+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and supply chain objectives.

+ Conduct supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

+ Manage supplier performance, qualification, evaluation, and development programs.

+ Drive cost reduction, cost transparency, and savings initiatives across assigned commodities.

+ Support supplier selection, sourcing board approvals, award decisions, and quarterly business reviews.

+ Establish and maintain long-term supplier agreements and pricing structures.

+ Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.

+ Lead risk management initiatives related to supply continuity, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations.

+ Promote early supplier involvement and cross-functional collaboration in product and project development.

+ Track, analyze, and report procurement metrics and supplier performance KPIs.

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

+ 5 years of experience of Procurement, Commodity Manager

+ High school diploma, GED or Higher education

** Pay Details:**  $44.83 per hour
