TITLE

Electrical Supervisor

This position is responsible ensuring that electrical and electronic maintenance is conducted in a cost effective and safe manner that will maximize equipment uptime.

• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
• Must be willing to be on-call and work some nights and weekends that are required.
• Must have working knowledge of electronic systems.
• Must possess welding, machining, and millwright skills.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.

• Manage spare stock purchasing & store stock application (SSA).
• Execute special improvement projects.
• Oversee engineers' and techs' work.
• Prepare and train engineers and techs.
• Must know and follow all ISO procedures for Maintenance Section.
• Review all work orders, P.M., records, and forms.
• Review/Approve evaluation for engineers and techs.
• Order parts/repair (Issue P/R).
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Production for scheduled P.M. and major repair.
• Modify root cause problem, analysis improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.

• Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot)
• Loud noise
