Shift: Overnight (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)
Position: Full-Time (40-55 hours per week)

As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician
, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You’ll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

• Overnight crew experience is preferred but not required.

• Work nights, overnight position.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
