Join Home Clean Heroes as a Full or Part-time, independent cleaning specialist and enjoy a $15 - $20 hourly rate, along with quality paid training, a company car while working, and no requirements to work nights or weekends, as well as paid holidays, vacation, health coverage, and contribution to a retirement plan upon eligibility.

Home Clean Heroes is not your average cleaning company – we don’t hire maids, we empower heroes. Why heroes? Because a portion of every cleaning fee goes to support our local First Responders. Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our customers in the Greater Charlotte area. Our cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.

• Deliver high-quality residential cleaning using our proven Speedy & Spotless System
• Use our app to manage your schedule and track hours
• Visit the Charlotte office daily to resupply
• Maintain clean appearance and reliable function of assigned vehicle
• Correct any service concerns within 24 hours if needed
• Communicate consistently and clearly with your manager

• Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment.
• Ready to report to work at short notice usually 24 hours of notice.
• A hard worker – this is a physical job that involves dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
• Honest, reliable, and have an eye for detail.
• A good driver with a valid license without restrictions is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets.
• Willing to submit to a national background check.
