Schedule:

7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay: $19 per hour + sign‑on bonus

• Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance as the job requires in‑person presence
• Use reliable transportation to and from work; public transit or personal vehicle is required
• Handle paperwork for shipping & receiving freight
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Maintain and organize filing systems
• Assist each department with overall workflow

• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility
• Be detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task with strong attention to detail

• Safety – We provide all employees with proper PPE and hold monthly safety meetings.
• Surroundings – You will be working around moving machines such as order pickers, forklifts, and heavy reels.
• Activity – Standing, cutting wire, pushing heavy reels, and getting dirty can be required.
• Temperature – Non‑climate‑controlled environment; temperatures can reach up to 90 °F during hot days.
• Noise Level – The warehouse can be loud; hearing protective gear is provided if needed.
• Dress Code – Relaxed; steel‑toed or aluminum‑toed boots are required. Company uniforms provided after 90 days, with an annual shoe reimbursement up to $100.

• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Previous wire & cable experience is a plus.
