Window Cleaning Technician​/Driver​/Crew Leader

FT position available with paid training. The role involves residential window cleaning (inside/outside), gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. The job is physically demanding and performed in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold). Must be able to work atop a 32-foot ladder and carry up to 50 lbs. A valid, clean driver’s license is required. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and a tidy appearance.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of executing jobs quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Ability to work independently and operate a work pickup truck, as well as work effectively in a team, is essential. Prior experience and leadership experience are a plus. Willingness to be trained as a future Crew Leader is required. Opportunity for tips, bonuses twice a year based on performance, and retirement contributions are available.
