Housekeepers at Waltonwood are self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented professionals who are vital to the success of our communities. Reporting to the Maintenance Director or Housekeeping Supervisor, they maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the community, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents and guests.

• Clean bathrooms, windows, blinds, and common areas; vacuum, dust, mop floors and polish furniture.
• Survey and sanitize high‑touch areas regularly, including rooms, spas, and surfaces; take out trash.
• Build rapport with residents and respond to their needs.
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry.
• Submit work orders to the Maintenance Supervisor as necessary.
• Adhere to safety regulations regarding safe chemical handling, proper labeling, and MSDS compliance to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of cleaning and laundry schedules.
• Assist with all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.

• Previous professional cleaning experience (healthcare or long‑term care community preferred).
• Detail oriented, dependable, and organized.
• Independent worker with integrity and good judgment.

• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach.
• Constant standing and walking – able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Uses manual, gross, and fine motor skills frequently.
• Frequently exposed to heat or cold environments while performing duties.
• Repeats motions throughout the day.
