Commercial Maintenance Technician – Charlotte, NC
Location: Charlotte, NC 28223
Schedule: Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility required for either shift
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to support daily building operations. If you have hands‑on maintenance experience and take pride in quality work, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Replace and repair lights and fixtures
- Perform toilet repairs and other light plumbing tasks
- Complete general building maintenance and repairs
- Hang items and assist with office setup and modifications
- Paint and patch sheetrock as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience
- Ability to work assigned shifts with flexibility as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
