PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN – EXTERMINATOR Charlette, NC
$22.63/hr base → paid weekly via direct deposit
Real Profit-Sharing Incentive Program – paid monthly based on your production (once you’re a Certified Applicator)
Monthly bonuses for every new account you sell (we don’t have dedicated salespeople – you eat what you kill)

- Valid NC driver’s license with a decent record (we’ll pull your MVR)
- High school diploma/GED
- Not afraid of bugs (seriously – we’ll ask)
- Construction experience is a plus if you’ve never done pest control
- Experience? None required – we train rockstars. Pest/termite background or construction experience just gets you up to speed faster.
