Posted Yesterday job requisition Maintenance Support Manager oversees maintenance operations across multiple markets, providing leadership to Maintenance Supervisors and ensuring consistent execution of maintenance standards, training, and regional performance outcomes###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead, develop, and coach Maintenance Supervisors and regional technical teams
* Create and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practices
* Oversee regional budget, parts management, and vendor relationships
* Review and analyze uptime, repair costs, and maintenance KPIs
* Identify systemic issues and drive long-term improvement initiatives
* Partner with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to align on priorities
* Ensure strong execution of maintenance support for new site openings
* Provide escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failures###
** Qualifications
* ** 5-7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities
* Strong technical background in car wash systems or similar automated equipment
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Proven ability to lead multi-unit technical operations###
