Janitorial Supervisor

We are looking for a driven, disciplined, and highly experienced Janitorial Supervisor to take full ownership of cleanliness standards in a manufacturing plant. • Lead and manage a team of ~6 Day Porters with firm, consistent supervision
• Work directly with the Night Shift Team Lead to ensure full coverage and flawless task execution
• Perform daily inspections and enforce facility cleanliness and safety standards
• Drive productivity, correct performance issues, and maintain strict operational discipline
• Communicate clearly and professionally with upper management
• Use basic computer systems for reporting, documentation, and communication

• 2+ years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or janitorial leadership strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage teams, enforce standards, and maintain accountability
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with management
• Computer literate and comfortable with digital reporting
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
