Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to help maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly work spaces. The ideal candidates are responsible, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and follow established safety procedures.

• Clean and maintain assigned work areas, common spaces, and facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and other surfaces as needed.
• Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty waste containers and dispose of rubbish according to established procedures.
• Clean and restock restrooms and shared areas when assigned.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report when items need replenishing.
• Use cleaning products and equipment according to instructions and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or areas requiring additional attention.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks within expected time frames.
• Work cooperatively with other crew members to maintain consistent cleaning standards.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn proper equipment handling and safety practices.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with cleaning tasks, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an advantage but not required.
