Team Member, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Avenza Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Member to join our growing team. The team member will perform residential and commercial cleaning services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages.
• Maintain a professional attitude and respect clients’ properties.

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift cleaning supplies, and perform physical tasks.
