EPRI in Charlotte, NC seeks a Technician, Facilities to perform comprehensive maintenance on building systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural components and coordinate with vendors to ensure high safety and quality standards.
The role requires a high school diploma with at least 2 years in building maintenance; vocational training is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and safe operation of lift equipment is expected.
