This is a role for a seasoned Superintendent to lead project execution, drive operational efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination among trade partners.

• Lead, mentor, and oversee field teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Develop and implement site logistics plans to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Manage and coordinate partners, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution of the scope
• Establish and maintain construction schedules, identifying proactive solutions for evolving project dynamics
• Conduct constructability reviews to maximize design efficiency and execution
• Navigate compliance requirements, oversee special inspections, and coordinate with authorities
• Champion quality assurance, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety leadership

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
• Proven success managing $20M+ projects with operational and financial oversight
• OSHA certification and advanced safety training required
• Strong ability to interpret and execute technical specifications and architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Blue Beam, and leading scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix) recommended
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
