Program Manager - (Qualified Professional) Charlotte/Mecklenburg

InReach has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Program Manager (Qualified Professional) in the Charlotte Mecklenburg area that is responsible to develop and coordinate Plans of Care for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. This role will include meeting with IDD individuals and families to address needs and concerns. Candidate must also be willing to work cooperatively with community partners as well as staff from other InReach departments.
Responsibilities- Supervises Community & Vocational Services staff in the implementation of supports to individuals served.
- Monitors, manages, and facilitates operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Develops, coordinates, and implements community day activities.
- Coordinates wellness and enrichment activities by coordinating certain programs, monthly meetings, YMCA memberships, dental and other health related clinics, and community partnerships.
- Manages Creative Arts initiatives.
- Responsible to complete all documentation in a timely manner.
- Implementation and review of customers Plan of Care.
- Plans and oversees work schedule, and approves payroll hours.
- Provides one-on-one supervision as needed.
- Maintains customer confidence and confidentiality.
- Shares on-call services for emergencies as needed.
- 4-year degree in a human services field
- at least 2 years of supervised direct experience working with the IDD population
- 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
- Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation 24-hours a day
- Ability to perform essential job results, physical tasks, and mental tasks.
Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
* hours may vary depending on customer needs; nights and weekends and on call may be necessary.
