Maintenance Manager - Day Shift (Flexible Hours)
$100,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus + Relocation Assistance + Medical, Dental & Vision + Generous PTO + 401(k) + Excellent Company Benefits
Charlotte, NC (Commutable from Gastonia, Shelby, Morganton, Lenoir, Boger City)
Responsibilities- Managing a Maintenance Staff of 10-15 people.
- Day shift position.
- On call responsibility.
The Role:
- Lead a maintenance department for a day-shift operation, overseeing a full maintenance and facilities program.
- You will manage a team of 10-15 staff, oversee maintenance planning and scheduling, mentor your team, and ensure the smooth running of the facility. This is a day-shift role with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and on-call responsibility.
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Prior leadership experience (supervisor or otherwise).
- Looking to step up into a management role.
