We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead complex business execution and transformation initiatives with a strong focus on change management, executive communications, and program leadership
. This role will drive strategic initiatives, support executive stakeholders, and deliver clear reporting and analytics to enable enterprise decision-making.

• Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives and drive adoption across business areas
• Develop and execute change strategies aligned with program objectives
• Support large-scale transformation and strategic execution efforts

• Lead complex programs and initiatives from planning through execution
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive delivery outcomes
• Manage risks, dependencies, and execution timelines

• Develop and deliver executive-level communications and presentations
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, concise messaging
• Support leadership reporting, updates, and strategic messaging

• Produce insights-driven reporting to support decision-making
• Track program performance, adoption, and execution metrics
• Support data-driven transformation initiatives

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Strategic Planning, Change Management, or Program Leadership experience
• Strong change management and transformation leadership experience
• Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking ability

• Enterprise transformation or large-program experience
• Experience working with senior leadership / executive audiences
• Change Management certification (Prosci, etc.)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
