Carolina PRG is excited to partner with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a small AR team and oversee billing, collections, cash application, and customer account management. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong cash flow management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AR professionals, overseeing daily workflow and task delegation
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Review credit memos and manage customer account reconciliations
• Partner with Sales and Credit on account reviews and issue resolution
• Support month-end close and reporting
• Drive process improvements across AR operations
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and departmental initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong background in AR, billing, and customer account reconciliation
• ERP experience
• Proficiency with Excel and other software’s
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
