- Coordinate closely with talent leadership to align staffing readiness to projected demand.
- Expand into new accounts and industries following demonstrated revenue traction.
By the end of 2026, the Director of Client Strategy & Partnerships is expected to drive meaningful new revenue growth.
To achieve this outcome, the role is expected to develop and maintain a robust, qualified revenue pipeline aligned with standard enterprise consulting conversion ratios.
Performance will be evaluated monthly based on closed revenue, pipeline health, opportunity progression, executive engagement activity, and forecast accuracy. Pipeline reviews will occur weekly in collaboration with firm leadership.
Compensation & Performance AlignmentThis role is compensated through a competitive base salary and performance‑based annual bonus structure.
Bonus compensation is directly tied to closed revenue performance, development and maintenance of a qualified pipeline, and contribution to overall firm revenue growth.
