Talent Manager, Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Pacific International is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturer for sustainability sectors. They have a global footprint and have operations across 40 different countries and over 17,000 employees. They are undergoing an enterprise-wide transformation and are now looking for a global leader for Talent Acquisition to lead the team and connect the talent strategy to the transformation goals and business objectives.
The right candidate will have a process improvement mindset and be highly experienced in creating and successfully deploying talent acquisition strategies. Being able to advise on technology and tools will also be critical to ensure an advanced mentality to talent.
Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in talent acquisition
- Prior experience leading the talent acquisition function for a global enterprise, including: leading a team, creating and executing successful recruitment strategies
- Background in working across different functional, business, geographic and/or cultural boundaries
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency working with ATS and technology
