Asset Manager

• Prior experience as a developer or asset manager converting projects from construction to permanent debt and/or refinancing stabilized properties

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the lease‑up and stabilization of newly constructed or rehabilitated multifamily properties. This role serves as the owner’s representative, ensuring smooth coordination across development, property management, lenders, investors, and public agencies from construction commencement through permanent loan conversion.

• Lead and execute lease‑up strategy, including absorption planning, rent strategy, marketing assumptions, and performance tracking.
• Monitor financial performance during lease‑up, including NOI, cash flow, reserves, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate the transition from construction to operations, ensuring staffing, systems, and readiness milestones are met.
• Oversee compliance for affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, RAD, Section 8 PBV, and HOME.
• Serve as primary liaison for lenders, investors, and public agencies; manage reporting, site visits, and deliverables.
• Guide assets through stabilization and support conversion to permanent financing.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in asset management, development, or property operations; lease‑up experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily finance and affordable housing compliance.
• Proficiency with property management and financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Real Page, Excel).
• Excellent financial analysis, coordination, and communication skills.
