Leadership Team Member – Charlotte Aquatics

Position OverviewWe’re hiring for a leadership role that blends staff development and customer experience. You’ll be part of the team that keeps our programs running smoothly, our staff supported, and our families engaged and informed. By guiding our team and connecting with our families, you’ll help foster a warm, growth-oriented culture that defines the Charlotte Aquatics experience.
We’re Looking for Someone Who- Has strong leadership and management skills
- Is confident giving feedback and navigating conversations with care
- Can model professionalism and coach staff through challenges
- Brings thoughtfulness and insight when working with customers – especially in resolving concerns or answering questions
- Is passionate about working with children and families
- Thrives in a team environment and contributes to a positive and supportive culture
- Creates calm, clarity, and fun – even on busy days
- Experience in early childhood development, education, or youth programming
- Customer-facing experience in a service-oriented business
- Prior experience managing teams or leading in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with swim instruction or a love of swimming and water safety!
- A leadership role with a balance of team development and customer engagement
- Ongoing leadership training and opportunities to grow professionally
