This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager at Lawrence Landscape Group, located in Charlotte, NC. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing landscaping projects, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, managing schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Site Manager will also collaborate with clients, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide progress updates to leadership.

• Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and oversee landscaping projects
• Team leadership and personnel management skills, including scheduling, supervising, and training staff
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment maintenance, and horticultural practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors
• Experience in safety management and adherence to workplace compliance standards
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and budget constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including project management software
• A background in landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred
