Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support one of our large financial services clients within the global markets space. This individual will be embedded in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and will provide coverage for a team member on leave, ensuring continuity across reconciliation-related initiatives and operational priorities. The role will focus on managing projects and work streams that support the Reconciliation ("Recon") team, including data reconciliation efforts, process improvement initiatives, and coordination across Operations, Technology, Finance, and Risk partners.

This Project Manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day execution, maintaining delivery discipline, and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership when needed. We are looking for a strong, self-directed PM who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, can quickly get up to speed in an operations environment, and brings a confident executive presence. This role will be located at the client's facility in Charlotte, NC, with a 3-day in-office hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities can include:
Manage end-to-end execution of reconciliation-related initiatives, including planning, tracking, and delivery against defined timelines
Support the Recon team with coordination of efforts tied to data accuracy, break management, controls, and operational readiness
Drive project governance routines, including status reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder updates
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Identify process improvement opportunities within reconciliation workflows and support implementation of enhancements
Prepare clear, concise materials for leadership updates and escalation as required
Ensure continuity of delivery during the backfill period, minimizing disruption to ongoing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Project or Program Management role

- Experience with in financial services
- Experience managing multiple work streams or complex initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, priorities, and competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate independently, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal oversight
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with in Global Markets Operations or Global Operations at a bank or large financial institution
- Working knowledge of reconciliation (recon) processes, operational controls, or post-trade operations
