VP of Finance

TAT employs more than 600 employees' worldwide, with facilities in the US and Israel.

Over the past three years, the company has streamlined its organizational structure, consolidating four independent businesses into a single entity with three production sites and centralized management based in Charlotte, NC. As part of this transformation, the Finance leadership and FP&A teams have implemented several changes to the finance organization across the operating sites.

Given the company's rapid growth and strategic direction, the CFO plans to shift focus toward equity market engagement and high‑level strategic initiatives. To support this transition, the company has hired a Chief Accounting Officer to lead the Accounting department. With the new organizational model largely established, we are now looking to strengthen leadership capabilities by recruiting a collaborative, improvement‑oriented, and experienced Group VP of Finance who will report to the CAO.

This leader will be responsible for establishing and implementing standardized accounting processes and procedures to enhance transparency and ensure consistent reporting across all three operational facilities.
