Position SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Regional Vice President – Operations to lead a portfolio of home services branches within an assigned region. This executive leader will own a consolidated multi-site P&L and drive operational excellence, sales growth, and EBITDA performance across the territory.
The RVP serves as the primary strategic partner to branch leadership, the key liaison between Corporate and field operations, and the chief advocate for operational execution, customer experience, and profitable growth. This role reports to the CEO, Head of Field Service, or designee.
What You’ll Do Own Regional Performance- Lead and hold branches accountable for financial performance (Sales & EBITDA), operational KPIs, and quality standards.
- Manage and substantially grow a multi-site P&L ($50M+ required; $100M+ preferred).
- Identify operational gaps, develop corrective strategies, and drive KPI attainment.
- Develop and execute coordinated business plans in partnership with branch and executive leadership.
- Implement standardized processes and scalable KPIs to support organic growth and acquisitions.
- Lead change management initiatives that improve workflow efficiency and branch profitability.
- Directly supervise branch leadership; provide matrix leadership to regional finance, marketing, and HR resources.
- Coach and develop leaders, build succession plans, and foster accountability.
- Support annual performance reviews and compensation planning processes.
- Serve as a visible leader in the residential trades industry within your region.
- Deepen OEM partnerships and competitive relationships to support growth and talent acquisition.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all branches (including state licensing requirements).
- Advocate for lean execution, customer-first decision-making, and disciplined operational processes.
- Uphold and model company values, culture, and commitment to inclusion and respect.
- Performance-Based Operator – Deep understanding of how operational levers drive P&L outcomes.
- Scalable Systems Thinker – Builds standardized processes that support growth and acquisitions.
- Followership Builder – Influences effectively in decentralized, matrixed environments.

- Talent Developer – Identifies, recruits, and develops high-performing leaders.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in branch-based residential services (HVAC strongly preferred or home services industry).
- Proven experience managing and growing a $50M+ multi-site P&L (experience above $100M preferred).
- Strong executive presence, professionalism, and ethical leadership.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 50–70% within assigned territory and support other markets as needed.
