This is an opportunity to join an ambitious agency who specialize in helping small to mid-sized organizations in the professional services space.
This will be a strategic position in which you would oversee a small team of SEO managers. The role also offers flexible working arrangements:
Responsibilities- Lead and scale a high-performing SEO team, setting clear KPIs, driving accountability, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee multiple client accounts, aligning strategy with business goals and improving satisfaction, retention, and performance outcomes.
- Develop and execute advanced SEO initiatives (technical, content, on-site, off-site, migrations, international) to drive measurable organic growth.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including traffic, rankings, authority, lead generation, ROI, and acquisition costs.
- Implement scalable systems, innovative tools, and testing frameworks to improve efficiency and expand into new markets.
- SEO strategy and management experience
- Experience working with professional services clients (Law, medical, dental, real estate)
