Our client specializes in financing historic rehabs. They have put $8B to work over the past 40 years.
This is a nationally-recognized impact platform with a smart, vibrant, Charlotte-based team. We are helping them hire an Asset Manager to manage their historic rehab investments. This includes conducting asset-level diligence, writing investment memoranda, staying on top of construction issues and coordinating funding processes.
The Asset Manager will be expected to identify and manage any potential issues and work productively with the owners, managers and partners to resolve them.
The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of asset management experience with a variety of asset uses (multifamily, hospitality, retail, etc.). Knowledge of Historic Tax Credits is a plus. They must have excellent time management, organization, writing and Excel skills. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic.
Title will be Associate, Senior Associate or AVP (depending on experience).
The culture is collaborative and positive with a good work-life balance. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the candidate will be in the Charlotte office 1-2 days per week.
