We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Permanent Branch Manager. This pivotal role involves leading and managing all operational aspects of a branch, including team performance, customer service, and financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the branch towards achieving excellent customer service and meeting financial goals. This position is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Promote a positive work environment that fosters team performance and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Maintain a strong presence in the community, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Implement strategies to improve client retention and attract new customers.
- Handle any pest control issues, ensuring the branch maintains a safe and healthy environment.
- Continuously assess and review branch performance; develop and implement plans to improve areas of weakness.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading an office.
- Strong understanding of finance and experience in financial management.
- Experience in pest control is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
- Proven track record in fostering a positive work culture and improving employee engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other business-related software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
