We’re looking for a full‑time Operations & Training Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN or Charlotte, NC!

Every great patient experience at Skin Pharm starts long before a provider walks into the room. It starts with the right training, the right systems, and someone who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. That is where you come in.

As our Operations & Training Manager, you are the reason new providers feel prepared and new clinics open on time. You own the onboarding timelines, training logistics, platform setup, compliance tracking, and launch coordination that keep our clinical teams running at their best. You connect the dots between People, Clinical, and Operations so nothing gets missed and no one is left without what they need.

This is a role for someone who does not wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, build the plan, and close it.

You are the kind of person who gets satisfaction from a plan that actually works. You build systems before things break, communicate before problems grow, and follow through on the details that most people overlook. You are organized without being rigid, fast without being careless, and collaborative without losing ownership.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or healthcare administration
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across cross‑functional teams
• Experience with clinic or practice management platforms such as BLVD or Practice Fusion
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Notion
• Comfortable with 30% travel to support clinic launches and provider training
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
