Mergers & Acquisition Integration Project Manager Sr

What We Offer The Manager, Due Diligence PMO is a critical role designed to support our efforts and drive timely coordination of due diligence efforts of newly acquired health systems, joint ventures, or any acquired technology or intellectual property into Novant Health as part of the Transaction Leadership Office ("TLO"). This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the transaction lifecycle with an emphasis on delivering pre-LOI activities and coordination with the Novant Health Enterprises (NHE) Deal Team and the Integration Management Office for pre-integration planning.

Additionally, the Manager, Due Diligence PMO will support coordination and operational components of due diligence activities and serve as a core resource to the deal team The Manager, Due Diligence PMO must be comfortable supporting the entire transaction with core responsibilities including: diligence workstream communications, helping to coordinate diligence meetings internally and externally, developing and validating synergy/dis-synergy plans, setting up deal rooms / clean rooms, reconcile and manage key diligence documents (findings reports, RAID Logs) and support executive reporting.

The Manager, Due Diligence PMO will directly report to the Director, Diligence PMO and will require travel as necessary to support the transaction portfolio. Education:

4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience (Required):
Solid project management leader experience, ideally 8+ years in increasingly complex roles across fast-paced and matrixed organizations. Strong background in M&A integration, with a clear understanding of how to manage integrations from Day 0 planning through long-term transition. Prior exposure to transaction environments (corporate development, consulting, investment banking, etc.) and cross-functional workstream management. Industry knowledge or experience in healthcare, health tech, or life sciences is strongly preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and navigate competing priorities. Comfortable working with ambiguity, tight timelines, and evolving priorities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, ) and familiarity with financial modeling or KPIs used to track integration success is a plus. Additional Skills (required):
· 8+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, with 5+ years leading end-to-end M&A integrations or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in high-growth or complex environments.
