* Manage a marketing operations team of 6 to achieve goals and deliverables as outlined in the marketing strategy
* Senior lead and budget owner of the annual national sales meeting
* Manage team and become SME in Asana software to quantify US marketing projects and deliverables
* Manage team and execute excellence processes around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment
* Manage team and excellence processes around education workshops in coordination with brand marketing and sales
* Contribute to local market planning, A&P investment levels and KPI settings
* Analyze performance and recommendations of trade shows based on ROI
* Create and secure execution of efficient Marketing Operations
* Management of operational budgets within alignment with Brand Management A&P
* Facilitate close and effective collaboration on Marketing Operations topics between sales teams, CRM/CE teams and local Marketing organization
* Manage and secure personal development of team members
