Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee complex, high-value projects. You should be comfortable working directly with executive-level clients, possess expert-level experience of project management methodologies, and able to strategically lead a portfolio of concurrent projects. Your job will end-to-end strategic planning, financial oversight, risk management, and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Experience: 7+ years of Project Management experience. Managed a minimum of 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM projects. PMI certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities may include:

• Define and govern an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements) for a portfolio of engagements
• Provide project and executive-level reporting on progress and risk exposure against the plan, proactively presenting solutions to high-impact issues
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Act as the primary point of escalation for client leadership, managing relationships and expectations for implementations at the steering committee level
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Proactively drive and contribute content to proposals, serving as a project management Subject Matter Expert during sales cycles
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Maintaining client expectation and satisfaction within project transition period
• This role requires travel to customer site for key milestones (Kick-Off, Testing Events & Go-Live)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification (or equivalent) is required
• Experience with Oracle Cloud is a must
• Expert-level experience defining and managing end-to-end project life cycles using established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Prior experience with contributing to proposal development is required
• Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills to manage and negotiate with internal teams, clients, and vendors at all organizational levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel up to 25%
